I no longer have an ADT contract so I would have to do this myself. I have an angry and vindictive ex-partner that moved out but knows the security code. I don’t feel safe in my own home because of this. If someone would be kind enough to please give me the steps to do this myself, then I would have peace of mind knowing that no one else will have the ability to turn off the alarm system and gain access to my home.
